| While the store atmosphere, layout, and music were all great, and the staff was friendly during my visit—the checkout was a challenge. As I was about to pay, the employee asked me to join their rewards club, which I did, giving my name and phone number. However, when I tried to pay with my debit card, I was faced with a confusing tip menu on the screen, requiring several taps and screens to navigate. The small text only added to my frustration, and I ended up needing the employee's assistance to make sense of the menu and complete the payment process. Apparently you can't just "tap and go" here. After finally being able to pay, I regretted joining and sharing my personal information, as I'm not sure to return after this. |
