I went in to grab some pre-rolls today (Aug 6) at 1:03 pm. There was no barrier up so I walked up to the desk with ID in hand. An educator came out from the back and immediately scolded me in an incredibly disrespectful tone about passing through the non-existent barrier without so much as a greeting. I walked right out, no one should have to deal with that going to pick up some cannabis. Incredibly poor customer service. To the manager - I'd rethink having that educator deal with customers. If it happened to me, it's happening to others. I will not be back to this location.
