| Was not happy with the service to be frank, I was told to wait by the door while others were purchasing, but when I was inside the store and it was my turn to purchase; Jena the employee allowed others in prior to servicing me, effectively making me wait twice and others not once while I was there.
I shop here almost daily, I have no issue with waiting at the door to provide my ID, but I do have an issue if all customers are not treated equally.
A positive way of wording things does not excuse actions. Cheers. |
