| I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cannabis House 59 regarding their return policies. I purchased two cartridges from their location on the 23rd of March. About half a week later, one of the cartridges began leaking out the bottom into my device.
When I called to see if I could return it or get the issue fixed, the lady I spoke with essentially blamed me for the leakage, suggesting it was due to how I was using my device. She informed me that they only have a three-day return policy, which was not helpful given the circumstances.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone reading this to avoid Cannabis House 59 and instead go to ValueBud. They truly appreciate and respect their customers, and their return policies are among the best in the city.
