I will start off with this is my favorite dispensary in the area most staff is super helpful and they know what they are talking about I dont know any names so explaining why I didn't give 5 stars is hard however There is one staff member(short brown younge gentleman) that regularly cannot find products on multiple occasions I will pick a product that's in stock and he will go look for about 10 seconds and comes back and always tells me they don't have it but then will suggest a more expensive alternative Last Sunday evening I tested my theory that either this is his way of up selling or that he just really needs to look better I went in to the store asked for a particular product that I knew that had he looked said he could find it offered me a pre roll pack that was almost double the price The next day I went back first thing in the morning and my regular guy helped me and surprise surprise they magically had enough that I bought two Anyway I'm not sure if it's up selling he is trying to accomplish or if he needs more training but it's annoying
