Terrible customer service. And in this business, customer service is everything. I popped by late one evening with a friend who lives in the area. The customer rep was incredibly rude to us both. Didn't even greet us when we came in. Immediately just asked for our IDs. My friend didn't have her ID but I did and was going to purchase quickly while my friend waited outside (because the rep wouldn't let them stand in the store while I grabbed what I needed and was super pushy). I would've stayed and purchased but the rep had such a terrible vibe and attitude I just went home to my neighborhood store instead. Outside of the poor unaccommodating vibes the store is actually pretty cute..
