Ashtyn A year goes by , I decide to give you another shot, and again I'm turned down on a $2 price match. Ronin cannabis 3.2 KMS away. Reason for no price match " Ronin has the product on sale, we can't match that". It's hard to fathom watching a customer exit the store empty handed over $1.98 price match. You guys must have more customers than you know what to do with. Or your lease cost on the property must be amazingly low. My mind is seriously blown. (And not from the pre rolls I bought at Ronin) Old review ...... Prices too high. They say they price match but they denied my request today. Never will return. Silly to do so with the amount of competition out there. I went across the Rd to value buds. You should too! Edit: after the stores response I checked the website hibuddy.ca ( great resource for showing the prices of stores in your area, makes you see who is doing the gouging) the first 2 random products I choose that are in stock at sessions and across the road at value buds. See the attached screen shots. I've spent at least a $1000 at sessions over the years. No more. All over not giving $2 off a product. In a saturated market where cannabis is sold on every other corner it seems crazy to chase a customer away over a couple bucks. This situation is a great training exercise. If someone requests a price match and it's on a single preroll take the L and give it to the customer. You'll make them happy and keep them coming back. Instead they will en ..
