| No returns or exchanges here. I bought defective cart, was sent from store owner to the manufacturer,
the manufacturer to the retailer or ocs (2x), manufacturer continues to refer to store returning cart and refunding ,
ocs who suggested better business b to the retailer, and retailer upset he gave me a replacement cart. It's a "small business" that can't do a return. So buy for sure |
