| Today I went to trees on 5th street to buy something new as I was at that mall already (my usual store is bowen road.) I bought a terra labs live resin sap and was happy to go home and try it. I got to my car and checked the product (like always) so if the packaging is messed up I can return it like I have done before without issue. The product was stuck to the lid and the lid won't even fit back on the container. I went right back to return it, and Mckenzie, the customer service rep, said to wait while she reached out to Jason. He then told her not to issue a return and that I had to come back the next day and see him or wait for him to talk to the regional manager. I will not be buying from trees until they make this right. We don't buy from private cannabis stores to get apalling customer service like this. "EDIT" The regional manager reached out to me and denied his workers did anything wrong I strongly recommended you avoid this location I would just avoid trees all together. BC CANNABIS AT COUNTRY CLUB MALL IS WAY BETTER. |
