| I had a disappointing experience at this cannabis dispensary a while back. The person seated near the entrance, seemingly responsible for security, did not create a welcoming atmosphere. Rather than greeting me or standing up from the couch, he appeared absorbed in his own activities, showing little regard for customers entering the shop. This lack of acknowledgment made me feel more like an unwelcome guest rather than a valued customer.
Despite my few visits to this dispensary, this employee's consistent failure to establish a comfortable and inviting environment has made me hesitant to return.
I hope the dispensary management takes this feedback to heart and emphasizes to all staff the importance of attitude and actions in creating a positive customer experience. |
