Drove 45min specifically for two packs of the 1964 COMATOSE (Indica) pre rolls, but was instead given 1964 gelato (hybrid) dry flower. Unfortunately didn't realize the error until home and cuttingpackage open to see flower instead of prerolls but called right away and they apologized, assured they'd make it right since it was definitely their mistake — now next morning being told there's nothing they can do since it was opened. I get mistakes happen and absolutely understand it cannot/shouldn't be resold, but customer should not take the hit for their mistake! They should do the right thing: take back the incorrect hybrid dry flower items and let staff use for personal sampling, or even let me keep it for the inconvenience, and provide the prerolled Indica products ordered (and would need to do another 1.5hr of driving to even get). |
