After returning home and confirming that the website did indeed show the specials, I made a second trip to the store. The staff honored the discount, but only after I insisted they check the website and acknowledge their error. While I appreciate that Go Green resolved the issue, this experience has made me hesitant to return. I urge Go Green to ensure their staff are familiar with current promotions and to honor advertised discounts without customers having to fight for them. |
