The manager of the store just is unable to maintain any level of professionalism despite personal conflicts. She also had told us to go to a different dispensary that is almost 10 min further away because it would be "more convenient" for her after refusing to apply our 10% discount we get for having an account there. we are and have been regulars at this location as we live nearby. Poor customer service and attempting to turn away business is very bad practice and should not be happening regardless of personal feelings and past relationships between regulars.
