| The staff member who I dealt with had almost zero training on their system and couldn't process my gift certificate. Rather than admit they didn't yet know how to process Loft gift certificates as forms of payment, they tried to pretend like I wasn't allowed to use my Loft gift certificate at this Loft store. I ended up having to go to their Mayland Heights locstion instead, of which their sales rep processed the payment within 12 seconds of me presenting it. |
