| Awful and super rude staff. I entered and they checked my ID no problem. My license expires tomorrow so I have a temporary but it is still valid. They let me in with no issues! Bought our products and went on our way. About 10min later my partner and I decided to go back and get new bongs. Upon entering the second time, the person checking ID said that I cannot enter with my license and that it is invalid without the green paper. I understand that, but the fact that I was just let in a few min earlier makes no sense. She then proceeded to be extremely rude to me when I stated that the staff had already let me in there. My partner went in anyway and they were extremely rude to her. The staff member told me that she had been "checking ID's since before I was born" which I guess makes her the expert! Maybe she should train the other staff to follow the same guidelines if she knows it so well. I found out later from a different staff member that I could use my health card to enter with no issues.
I used to love canna cabana but I will not return because that was a ridiculous experience for no good reason. Either let me in or don't, but doesn't make sense to have different policies for different people. Not very secure ID checking if you ask me because someone walked in while I was standing there and no ID was checked whatsoever. I hope they get audited. |
