| Store hours kinda suck. Here it is the long weekend in muskoka and it's closed Sunday and Monday. Doesn't reopen until 11 Tuesday morning. Worst part is there other location doesn't have the same inventory! | ||

| Poor customer service, often advertise product they don't have. Staff have very little if any knowledge about cannabis or the industry. Support one of the many small locally owned shops in Muskoka rather then these big box stores that offer a terrible customer experience. For a few extra dollars to shop anywhere other then here your experience will be much more pleasant. Edit** As per your response - it was the kiss that manager decided to blow at me when I was driving out of the parking lot that was the real trigger. I simply stated Cana cabana sucked and That I was glade I don't have to operate under the same screwed up rules and work along side staff that wouldn't know good weed if it came in a jar the sang "good weed" when they opened it. Maybe if they paid staff a livable honest wage some talent might consider working there but to trash the industry in every way possible isn't very appealing! | ||
