First time going came specifically from Windsor to check it out. Walked in and the woman working was not pleasant at all changed the whole vibe 🤨🙄 spent $100 she came out still miserable and said are you a member? We say no. Then states the price, nothing else. So as we go to pay I ask what it takes to become a member to which she states you sign up and with each purchase, you're points build etc.. oh you mean like the purchase we just made but weren't told about until after I asked and the sale was complete. Not a good experience

It was so worth driving across town. These people treat customers like family. I was in for my 1st time today and I will definitely be going back. I could have talked to the guys all day. I got to spin a wheel and won a free 6 pack of raw cones and when you spend more than $30 they have a collect stamps program , the more stamps the better. Also you can bring in your old containers and get money for them to recycle ♻️ them for you. Seriously just meeting them restored my belief that some companies actually care not only about customers but also want the customers to have a good experience. Thanks so much for the wonderful customerservice. I will be back 💯💫👍😁

Amazing establishment, amazing customer service amazing selection, everyone needs to check it out. They have something for everyone . And they even care about you to provide masks and hand sanitizer with a smile. I've been to the other store in Toronto, where I first fell in love with SHINYBUD and the staff. You feel like your with family 😊 Both locations are fantastic, from the way its run, to the design and layout and options. It's a great experience from beginning to end. I just want to thank all the staff and owners for making us feel so welcome. I wish both locations and the many new ones in the near future... all the success in the world 😊👍✊ Definitely recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer to both locations. Great job to you all. 👍⭐😁☮♥️
