I had an issue with a product that I had purchased, and when I brought it back, I was told by one of the staff that it was okay that I didn't have my receipt, as they could look it up with my Rewards membership. When he asked the manager (some new woman, Tracy, I think), she started yelling at me for not having a receipt because they might be busy and then she just wouldn't help me. I don't know why she was so mad, but I think she just didn't know how to look it up.
I won't be back.
