If you want terrible customer service Discounted Cannabis is the place for it. Went here specifically for one item. The girl working had to ask me multiple times what the name of the item was. Even though I gave the producer and the product name in entirety each time. Proceeds to go through their abysmally 'organized' vault and drawers before claiming they don't have it. Even though their own website and hi buddy says they do. Proceeds to lie to me and saying it was most likely transferred to another location. Check other stores and hi buddy again and it definitely isn't at another location. Not that she failed to find the product. The store literally has trash on display in the form of empty Raw paper boxes and everything is dirty. The opening and closing instructions looked like a child had written them up on their wall on line paper. Here's something to add Discount how about operating during the day instructions. 1. Get up off chair and learn the products you're selling. 2. Throw out empty trash that is just laying around in your cabinets on display. 3. Buy additional shelfs instead of just stacking literally everything on top of everything. 4. Do everything better cause you're sloppy and really a terrible example of a retail establishment. 5. Don't lie to your customers when you're just terrible at your jobs. Management failed their employees. Everyone is minimal wage and this is the talent you secure due to that fact. I love the menu selection here. You Amy are an exceptional manager with a keen eye for Cannabis gems. My best experience shopping at any dispensary to date. Friend and foe would agree with me. I want so many things from here, constantly checking out new arrivals. You always walk out with something fabulous to enjoy. My little weekly self indulgence treat to myself.
