The service here is absolutely atrocious, and extremely embarrassing on your part for the budtenders to be acting that way when a pop up is in store. One of the budtenders, specifically the one wearing sunglasses inside with writing on the lenses?? was following around customers texting on his phone, and the other one had no idea what products you carry, so he took forever, and then didn't bring back all the products I was looking for. Most of the time when you are actually looking for products they are out of stock on the website vs in store or vice versa. I paid for the elite membership because I thought it would be nice to have access to cheaper pricing, but I'll pay a couple $ more to speak to somebody with common sense. Unfortunately, most of your staff is lacking that, and they can't even sell your products, even the ones you WANT to buy because of their incompetents. There's a select few that actually know what they are doing.

This place absolutely sucks now. The website is the most atrocious thing I've ever experienced. You literally can't find anything on it. They did a mass lay off and brought in all new staff, and they are the worst, the fact I can't find products I regularly buy, I'll just shop elsewhere. I was a budtender for years with other companies, and every single time I've been in lately I've been praying it will be a different experience but no, I'm always experiencing the same terrible service. As once a frequent customer, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went in today to buy a couple joints before visiting family for the holidays, the girl who helped me was extremely condescending for absolutely no reason, she gave me one of the wrong products and then gave me attitude about it while she was doing the refund. And she overcharged me on all of the items because they were on sale, so I ended up spending 10 dollars more and she took the receipt from me.
