Bad staff. The joint has a good selection of products and a decent layout, however, the staff lacks the core fundamentals of customer service. I asked a simple question 3 times and in response to the queries I'm pretty sure was only told to choose whatever in a very confusing accented English. 1. She didn't know the products 2. Couldn't engage in conversation (social skill issue) 3. Could have been done by a robot. Another time I had to explain something to a worker 7 times to only find you didn't carry it (510 screw-on charger). Overall the staff just makes the whole experience bad. Why even go there if I can find it somewhere else with better customer service?
