Absolutely terrible experience at Canna Cabana. I went in regarding a defective product after also paying for an Elite Membership. The manager was dry, dismissive, and full of attitude. Instead of helping, he brushed me off and told me to "contact customer service" — like it wasn't his problem.
When I mentioned I'd be leaving a Google review, he smugly said, "We love them," clearly showing he couldn't care less about customers. That attitude says everything you need to know about this place.
If you value your money and expect even basic respect, take your business somewhere else. Plenty of dispensaries actually care — Canna Cabana clearly doesn't. Avoid at all costs also over priced compared to other canna cabba locations
