** Update- Just spoke with Team Lead at the Beeton location my issue was promply forwarded to the regional manager on the Monday after my purchase on the Saturday. Team lead to this day (D18) has received zero communication on this this issue from the higher ups and neither have I. Confused as to how whoever is responding to this review could possibly deem this "fake" when they very clearly dont even communicate with their own stores or follow up on customer issues. Sold me a faulty product, asks customer (me) to jump threw hoops to rectify (calling and emailing manufacturer and then calling team lead at the store) which I do then completely ignores me for 2+ weeks which inspired me to leave the below review. Problems happen, products sometimes dont work it's the way in which a business deals with the problem that makes the difference. And very unfortunately Cannabis Express you failed in that respect.
Bought a pen, phoned back 15mins later because it didnt work. Person working said no refunds or exchanges, our team lead is in on Monday she can help you. Phone on Monday team lead says no refund or exchanges call the manufacturer. Called manufacturer they said email, so I emailed, then nothing, phoned again, yes we got your email discussing the issue with the store. Called store again nothing. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. Shop ANYWHERE else. So unprofessional, dont stand by what they sell and honestly act like they could care less about customer retention. 0/5
