I just had one of the best customer service moment I've had in a very long time, and I'm a GM for hotels and hospitality so my bar is pretty high.
I had to come back to the store after a purchase. I haven't been there in months besides tonight but when I walked in he's like hi John! From showing my ID, he knew my name when I came back like an hour later.
Then he help me with my problems and not only helped me, but far surpassed my expectations of giving me knowledge showing me tricks and tips to make my battery last longer and even gave me something since I came back a second time for help, even though it was my fault.
My hat goes of to Blair this guy needs a substantial raise or a promotion.
I don't write reviews cause I get them my self And most people only like to write a review when something Bad happens I'm going out of my way to make an effort to make sure this guy gets a great review.
