| Honestly, if it wasn't for the delivery service, I'd probably give it less. Mind you, most of the staff specifically the three young males that work in there are SOLID at everything they do from knowledge to customer service. I don't know their names but they're black, white and brown. Sorry. If they're working, everything is A+, but if they're female counterparts are working I can guarantee I'm walking into an uninterested staff member that is likely just trying to get me out and trying to get back on their phone or if I call in they can't give me any answers and they're honestly rude, especially the blonde ish one with the piercings who always has a friend in the store with her. My biggest problem is though they have deliveries slated for certain time slots, but never ever update a customer if their deliveries are delayed which happens quite a lot. | ||
