Possibly the rudest customer service interaction I've ever had in my life and that's saying something. Now I'll start by saying this location (for the most part) has some of the most helpful and courteous staff that I've ever seen, however this interaction was so unpleasant it could jeopardize that.
Let's begin.
So it was just before 10am and they had just opened up and I walk in and say
"Hello. Good morning "
AND WAS SCOFFED AT!!!!!! Not "good morning " not "how can I help you" scoffed and a slight eye roll like "pff….. what do you want" and complete silence.
So she gets behind the counter(again barely even acknowledging my presence with a scowl on her face) and I ask
"could I please get some edibles with some CBD?"
To which she replies while rolling her eyes
" WELL WHAT DO YA MEAN?"
So at this point I had enough and said
"You know what………..forget it" and stormed out.
As I was leaving, sensing my hostility hat how disrespected I just was, she replied something to the tune off(and admittedly I am paraphrasing this part)
"Well you have to know how this stuff works "
Ahh………..I'm sorry but isn't that your job?
Probably won't be back tbh. As great as all the other experiences I had at this location were, nobody wants to be treated like that
