Back when it was Costa Canna, this place had a special charm (pretty sure it even cured my depression). Since becoming Rise Cannabis, some of that magic has been lost, but the store is still held together by Lauren, the assistant manager, and the rest of the amazing staff! Always warm, welcoming, and a joy to deal with. Without them, it'd feel completely generic.
