I've had a number of quality issues purchasing products from this place, not that it falls on value buds for the manufacturer's error. but understandably how can you back manufacturers who are so shotty with their quality control. I find it really unfortunate that refunds and Replacements are so hard done by here save yourself the stress and find some place that will understand manufacturers error and rectify it. Imagine purchasing something it being incorrect or in proportionate and having to wait for a manager to show up first simple return or exchange I think it's absolutely Shady and I don't recommend it, three strikes you're out of my opinion whether it's value buds, the manufacturers or the employees save yourself the headache
