I purchased a $300 vaporizer from this store as a gift for my friend. After I gifted it to him, we discovered that the package was incomplete and missing some essential parts, making it unusable. I called the store's manager and asked if the missing parts could be found at the store. He said he would look into it, but after almost a week, he still hadn't found them. Why couldn't you say this earlier!? (Before that I called the location three days in a row between 12-2pm and no one answered or called me back)
Then, I asked about purchasing replacement parts, but that turned out to be problematic as well. He told me the parts were only available at other locations, and I would need to go there myself to buy them. I explained that I didn't want to drive around town looking for parts and asked if he could transfer them to this location since it was the closest to me and I had bought the vaporizer here after all. The manager said that the transfer is not possible now and I can always make return if I want. When I asked why, he said that he does not know how transfers work. I told him about a similar situation that happened to me and how another manager fixed it perfectly and he asked for the contact of a manager who could clarify this for him. (I don't know where I'm supposed to get this manager's number from). He said that he will find out how to do it and call back. That was the end of our conversation.
