So, I went here to buy a cartridge for my vape here. I wanted to switch things up but didn't know what to choose. When the staff member Chris introduced himself, he said he was "living the dream drinking energy drinks and selling weed." He used a lot of technical terms that I didn't understand when I simply asked for a suggestion for a new cartridge. I informed him that it was actually becoming frustrating for me (the terms were so technical he could ve been speaking Chinese for all I could understand). To which he stated "Sorry but when you'd like to come in and actually LEARN about what you're purchasing, I'll be here." I felt offended, and I would ve appreciated not being spoken to like that as I actually couldn't stay bc i had to work in an hr. Bad experience. Two stars. I'm not sure I'd recommend it. Maybe if you're cool enough to understand weed terminology , you'll be fine.

I have had continued problems purchasing from this establishment. The first time I went I explained that I'd been buying my disposable vapes from the native business that actually went out of business and Austin, who was waiting on me said that that's bc they made the product "in their garage " which i actually found offensive. He then sold me a cartridge without the battery to smoke it. I was new to this and purchasing for the 1st time, but I didn't realize this and was actually smoking for relief for pain due to a severe leg injury. When I phoned the store back, he said he'd sell me the battery needed for an extra 15.00, but I'd have to bus back there on my injured leg. I did end up purchasing a battery months later, and it stopped charging 5 days after I bought it. Now back to the store I go where the girl working suggested I'd broken a piece off of it somehow, so I asked her to open an identical battery to which she replied "oh nevermind it comes like that" to which i said, so I didn't break it then and she held her hands up and said I never said that you did. Suffice to say, it's never been a great experience shopping there.
