✨ MELISSA ✨ if you get her to show you the way, you're in luck. Amazing attitude, so kind and on the right level, helpful and joyful, funny and understanding. Knew what I meant when I barely did, and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Give this gurl a ⏫ raise, in the name of good business! (No, for real.) Also they had lots in stock. Like more then any other place I've seen this week as I've been shopping around the city.

Lost one star for being 100% inaccessible to mobility aids I love this store (enough to get someone to lift my walker up high enough for me to get into the place). As my luck would have it, this store is the closest one to my home. It's regularly stocked well, and has a big variety of things. All types of cannabis are there, from edibles, to drinks, to vapes, etc. But the thing that makes this place better than them ALL? The customer service, man. Phew! Every single time I see someone new there it's like they're excited to help me find something good. Like genuinely excited. I've tried so many things and always feel like if it's recommended to me by someone there it's going to hit. It does 90% of the time (which given the amount of choices, I think is fair.) Out of all of the times i've been there, and I must've spent over $1000 in the five years I've been buying from there, the person who shone the BRIGHTEST was: Michelle. Whomever runs this franchise, give that girl a New Year's BONUS! Give her another pin on those lanyards, give her a high five or a hand job, but give her something! That girl has led me to the promise land a couple of times, and I cannot thank her enough. Know when you have a good employee and keep her happy. A lot of people come into these stores and act like they know it all, when they've barely smoked anything. Michelle knew what was up, and it made me feel really good about buying.
