I bought an oz of 11 pink by pepe from this location the bag had 200+ seeds in it though some sort of problem with the batch. Instead of replacing the bag or refunding the money i was told by the manger Scott the weed was still good and worth the money i paid for it. I have shopped this location for almost 3 years and spent god knows how much money and manger just walked me out the door for $100 bag of weed that should have never gotten through quality control. I will never do business with company again. Hope it was worth the $100.
**Just as a follow up to owners comments about leaving my details with store to resolve the issue. I went into the location 2 different times and spoke with the manager who knows me as a regular customer, he confirmed he also bought an Oz of the 11 Week Pink and confirmed he had the same issue. So the quality of the product I paid for was never in dispute. I understand that the business cannot see in the bag, that is obvious. When a regular customer comes to you with a problem that is clearly the suppliers mistake and you walk them out the door, that is bad retail business. Only offering to make it right after I leave a negative comment online will not bring me back as a customer. I just feel its fair to warn people if you buy a bag of weed from this store and there is a quality issue THEY DONT CARE. Only if you trash them online then they care. Bad business. Good Luck
