I have been coming here for over a year. I've noticed some changes recently. All the knowledgeable staff are gone. New staff don't know how to suggest product, if you ask for something specifically, they say they can't find it. My last two visits to the store a man was in there loitering. He wasn't there to purchase anything and made me very uncomfortable watching me through my purchase at the store. Especially when asking for my name and number for their loyalty program. I have chosen to start going elsewhere.
