Some of the best customer service I've ever had, Mike is so passionate for his work. He will explain anything you need with detail, he will also give you suggestions based on the information you give him. Usually other stores will just tell you to pick what you want. But Mike will go above and beyond for every single customer. As well if you get anxious going into places like this because you don't know what to buy. Worry not, Mike won't make you feel like an outcast, like some other stores in the area. He also won't criticize you for not knowing about the product, you'll feel as comfortable as can be making your purchase and will come out of the store with something you'll like.
