| My experience here was horrible as I was met with the most rude and unprofessional customer service from a particular individual who was there in the 11AM time frame today. I asked her politely if I can bring me dog in with me, she didn't answer at first and rolled her eyes. She told me to ask the other customer inside ordering! I did not ask and I just said I would wait for him to leave the store as he was the only one in there, apart from the employee. Long story short...she told me that she uncomfortable with big dogs. But the training policy I have read states that all employees are trained to deal with ppl of disabilities (me) and their service animals. How can she do her job appropriately if she is not comfortable around bigs dogs, IE. service animals? I asked her for the dog policy, she rudely stated there isn't one. Very bad experience for me. All other employees seem to be nice, not this one...Last time coming here. | ||
