| For context i was the only client in the store as someone walked out as I walked in; Was out of town passing thru to grab some pre rolls and received some of the worst service to date. It was as thou I was inconveniencing him when I walked in, no hello, welcome or otherwise. So I approached the counter and he was in his phone and still no acknowledgment, so I addressed him asking for my product. Then he proceeded to ask for my phone #, says to me" oh I don't have that here"…. Last minute I asked for a lighter so he just grabbed one a proceeded to run it all thru, not once offering your member pricing, or even how to go abt it. No total repeated back to me just a point to the machine to pay. No customer service during the entire interaction. Do better!! | ||
