I used to shop here on a regular basis, like 2x per week, spending thousands of dollars. Even personally told the owner/manager how much I love their location and staff, 99% of whom are absolutely amazing at their jobs. I stopped spending my money here after I tried one time to return a cart that was obviously bad and was lied to by their employee. I bought the cart, drove home, opened the cart that I'd purchased probably 20x before, noticed it smelled bad and was musty brown instead of golden yellow, and brought it right back with the packaging and receipt - literally within 20 minutes. The tallish guy with long curly hair proceeded to blatantly lie to me, telling me the last Versus batches were all like that, and that there's nothing wrong with the burnt, stale brown cart I got (the cart is usually a light golden yellow). Didn't feel like arguing with someone who was obviously trying to play the "I know more about weed than you do" card, so I immediately dropped the topic and instead spent like $100 more on a new cart/flower, said thank you, and left! I went back a week later to give it one more go, and was served by the same staff member who refused to refund/exchange the bad cart, along with his coworker (tall, charismatic guy with short curly hair and potentially a nose piercing). Feigning ignorance, I asked the coworker if they had the normal Versus carts again or if it was still just the bad ones - he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, and assur ..
