Been to many stores of Canna Cabana, in Ontario and Alberta. This one is the worst & the only one where I've had terrible experiences twice in a row. Won't name the guy since a complaint is underway against him. Condescendingly rude, arrogant, over smart and cocky are understatements for this guy & I assume he's the manager since he was training another cashier. The cashier was not at fault. He was a great guy & did what he could. My advice to him if he's reading this, go work somewhere else where you're respected & have a good manager. You don't have to work at a place where your manager is rude to you while he chitchats with your other colleague inside. If me as a customer can see the partial behaviour, why would you want to be part of this toxicity? (Apologies for giving you the run around btw. I just wanted what the company advertised on its website for the price it advertised & as a consumer, I shouldn't have to worry about your internal website glitches). The way the manager condescendingly gave you instructions made you nervous. This is not the culture at Canna Cabana. The other stores I've been to are polite, respectful & cordial towards their staff & customers. The Sage Hill location has people who operate it like their fiefdom, making their own rules & treating their staff like trash.
