| The woman working behind the counter lied to my face. Explain to me how, after multiple attempts of my card kept declining. I told her to try it one more time with another machine, she went and grabbed the other machine. She told me it's not clover and that's it's my problem( nice response). Anyways she finally grabbed the other machine and poof works on the first try…so instead of troubleshooting the issue to try again, and receive the clients money, she'd rather tell me it's not working, and then it's my fault. THEN once I mentioned that the second machine worked like I recommended, she lied to my face and told me she used the first machine not the one that she had just grabbed. Then how come the receipt was sticking out of the machine that she had just grabbed from my purchase, ? how come the machine that I'd first tried to use was still sitting there on the counter saying error, l?? she obviously thinks I'm stupid. I will not be back here, you've probably lost about $200 a week in business. The woman behind the counter just so you know, a woman with very long acrylic nails, and to be perfectly blunt so you know exactly who it is..she is very fat 800 a month in business over a simple misunderstanding. I hope she's worth it as an employee! | ||
