I visited the gravenhurst store today and purchased flower which I spent 15 minutes talking to the clerk about and finally decided on a certain strain and then also purchased gummies, his customer service skills were outstanding and I do not blame him however I do not live in town so when I came home and discovered he gave me the wrong weed after we throughly talked about what I wanted I am very disappointed.. I then called the store and they admitted they gave me the wrong one because it was in the wrong box, I explained I can't drive back out there right now and there only response was let me know how you like it..it was a sale and they gave no receipt so I don't know if the weed I purchased was even the same price, I had to ask what strain I had and what kind of weed it was because all it said was mango sour and the percentage. I'm a very regular customer so I would really appreciate a response to this matter.
