I would give 5 stars, but my most recent experience left such a sour taste. I typically have the same guy serve me. His name is Conner, and he is excellent. I walk in, he knows my name, and knows exactly what I get every time. He made recommendations to me for products that really help me with pain and sleep. Last night I went in, and I was ignored by someone named Eric. He was completely preoccupied watching another customer browse the cases while I walked up to the counter. He asked me "what do you want?" in a dismissive and annoyed tone. I told him I usually get the same thing, and tried to describe it as lemon blackberry pearls. He said they didn't carry this product. He asked me what colour the container was and I said white. He said they were all white. I told him that the label was purple. He brought out blackberry lemonade pearls and told me that he was right, they didn't carry lemon blackberry. I told him it was the same ingredients. I paid and left. This business would get 5 stars from me based on the consistent positive experience I get from Conner. However, this Eric fellow needs a lesson is customer service and straight up manners. I haven't been this disappointed in retail outside of Walmart or Canadian Tire where you need to chase clueless employees for an non answer.
