| Turned away for wearing makeup despite wearing very similar makeup in my ID photo and looking well over age. Staff refused to even check my ID and I was turned away at the door. Very disheartening as other locations have had no issues serving me so if you are wearing even an ounce of makeup that isn't considered "normal", go to another location, and having read the reviews I'm sure management will have an excuse for why this happened but I strongly advice other goth/alternative people to go to other stores! | ||

| Guy working was really, really nice but this location doesn't have a list of products available so I'm not able to choose for myself and the kiosks are both down. Not sure why I wouldn't be able to see a list of available products but I'm very disappointed by this. It's hard to determine what I want and the price when neither are available for viewing. | ||
