Went in & had bought a half ounce of Duct tape from simply bare, I cracked the bag open, thought the weight of it was off. 4.7 grams missing!! Went into f&f to ask what could be done or if I'd have to go to the LP. Kim had given me a full refund & handled the situation amazingly! Not only that than gave me info I had never known about some of the bags out there! shoutout to Kim & the amazing staff that always keeps me coming back.
