Absolutely the worst service ever! I first received a call about a problem with some order I placed online, that so of the items I purchased were already purchased by someone else. In which case I was told it would be up to the first person to order it, whether or not they want it. But when the same exact thing happened to me, and I ordered the items first, they went and sold it before I could get into the store to pick it up. I know this two be the case because the same young lady, rudely told me both times that it's not her fault and there's nothing she can do. I understand if the policy is what the policy is, but just to change to convince stake is absolutely wrong. I am a rather big spender at this particular store, dropping $175 to $225 dollars everytime I go, but after this experience I will never be back. Especially if that young lady has a job there, she is absolutely the worst retail employee I have ever had to deal with and she is lucky the owner didn't hear how she speaks to people.
