| Great and welcoming staff that give you a vibe of a local dispensary. They have good suggestions when you ask and every employee I've met has had a great personality and has been awesome to talk to. This spot and Shakespeare are the only dispensaries I'll happily give my money to and will go out of my way to support. Not very often does a franchise have 2 locations that convey the same environment with the same amount of welcome. Absolutely love this place and will continue to recommend to my KW friends | ||

| By far my favorite dispensary! Between Shakespeare and New Hamburg I have everything I need and Shakespeare is my home dispensary! Jay and Alex are amazing! There's this girl (sorry I don't remember her name) who works mornings. These 3 employees are the reason why people preach about how important customer service is. They are right there with recommendations, they will take the time to get to know you and recommend off of that. I haven't decided what Carts I'm going to get in months!!! MONTHS!!! Because those 3 people are the best at what they do. I cannot, and will not recommend this place enough for the worth that I see in that store. They take the time to make your day, and you leave that store happier than when you got there, every ti.s. Love love LOVE this store and the people who work in it. Thank you Jay! Thank you Alex! And thank you mystery girl who works in the morning, I will learn her name! I will continue to recommend this store to my friends, and I want nothing but success for that store and the people who work in it! | ||
