| Ellesmere location has got the worst management and worst staff. Never opens the door in a timely manner when prompted. Never checks ID at the door. This has got to be the worst of the worst staff I've ever seen. They have zero chill and are easily triggered. The brown lady was hella rude she doesn't have any chill. She was so annoyed that she literally told me it's too early to deal with me. If you hate customer service and dealing with people maybe you should quit your job and find one where you don't have to interact with people. Staff here have mixed knowledge because everyone has a different script. One moment they tell me one thing then the next employee tells me otherwise. Super frustrating dealing with incompetent staff. Will never shop here again! The attitude here is unreal never spend your hard earned money here. This place would get negative stars if that was possible!! *Only one dude was chill but he wasn't at a level where he could have helped. Nonetheless I will never support this mediocre establishment. | ||
