Nice little downtown store. They have a good selection, with competitive prices, and seem open to suggestions as to what to carry, which is always a big plus. Most importantly though, all of the staff that I've interacted with have been amazing! They appear to be knowledgeable and genuinely interested/passionate about cannabis. Thanks a lot! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great store, staff, and experience! The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The selection, prices, and deals have definitely improved, especially when it comes to the more budget friendly end of the cannabis scale. Always worth a visit! Cheers!

After previously having some mediocre visits, and then one very negative experience at True North Brockville, many months ago, I decided to give them another chance. New Year, new opportunities. Not sure if it was due to management or staffing changes, but the overall atmosphere and tone of the store was noticeably improved! The staff were all very personable, pleasant, and helpful, whether dealing with me or other customers that were in the store. Although I didn't catch his name, the gentleman that served me was courteous, knowledgeable, showed genuine interest in cannabis, and was helpful in making sure I got everything that I came for. The overall service was excellent. As for the purchase, I picked up a budget ounce and some accessories, all at great prices and value, as the quality of both the cannabis and accessories exceeds expectations, when compared with the competition. Thanks for a great purchase! I will definitely be a returning customer.

First off, all of the staff are excellent! They are knowledgeable about the products that they sell, or are ready to admit when they aren't and take the extra effort to try and find out the pertinent information. I have rarely left the store with questions, and if I do, they usually direct me to an online resource to help find an answer. Not to mention that the store is clean, bright, and always has a general friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoy the time I spend in the store, even if it's waiting in a busy line. Secondly, the product selection is always great, with a bounty of options that cover the spectrum, and the staff has, on multiple occasions, even started carrying items or brands that I have suggested or requested. As for the prices, One Plant is usually unbeatable, and offers the most value for your dollar. Thank you One Plant, and your great staff, for offering and excellent cannabis purchasing experience.
