| came here 3 or 4 times because I moved nearby. I usually love going to a dispensery but every time I've come here I've left in a bad mood. staff is very pretentious and definitely do not want to be there. always only 1 person at the till when I go, even when there's a line. last time there was another staff member in the back doing something even though there were 2 people behind me in line and more wandering the store. the door to the back was open and he spoke to me for a moment, he definitely worked there and wasn't a delivery man or something. on my last trip the woman working there thought the credit card I had ready on my phone to pay was me waiting to collect my customer points and tried to make me look like an idiot over it lmao she said to me, "... I need a barcode sweetie..." it turned into a long thing and a line built up. at the end I scanned the card I had ready to pay the whole time and she didn't bat an eye like she knew. what??? If she was trying to confuse me and waste everyone's time she succeeded. I then went to pick up at pizza at Domino's, paid the same way and was back in my car in under a minute. the only reason I ever came back is for the location and prices but I'll now be driving out of my way and happily paying more somewhere else. congratulations on being the first dispensery I'm making a point to never go back to. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 | ||

| Been loyal to the corporate dispensaries in the Battlefords for a long time but I tried here once and now it's my first go-to. I see some reviews complaining about the selection but the options are intelligently selected. Excellent quality in regards to the price and the products don't end up sitting in the back for 2+ years, there is always an option for me. This is the best store here if you want accessories. I have never bought something here that I thought wasn't worth it later whereas if I go anywhere else in The Battleford's it's a total gamble, I can't trust staff recommendations and I usually end up spending too much. When I choose to come here I get better product for less, I'm in and out sooner and I get to support local. The reviews complaining about bad customer service sound totally cooked, Rockshop has by a million miles the best customer service here. | ||
