Terrible service. They do not replace defected vape cartridges even if you have receipt and packaging. And they were really condescending. Made me come back a second day with the receipt and packaging and still after saying they would replace it. They did not. My vape was in my car I unscrewed the cartridge and and the glass part broke. I've kept vapes in my car through 2 winters and this has never happened. Pretty disappointed. Lost $50 but lesson learned. Taking my business elsewhere. Suggest y'all do the same.
