On 04/10/24 @ this Meadowvale location I placed a order and was super disappointed when I arrived for pickup. My order was received online and the price was stated at the checkout. When I showed up to pickup I was stated a different cost. So I explained what happened and asked if the store manager was on duty and he said no. So tonight I placed a order and when I picked up. I thought why not ask if the manager was on duty. He replied yes, I'm the manager. I believe he said his name was Lee. I explained to him what had happened a couple weeks back. He replied, must have been a computer glitch. I said to him I'm a paying customer and I should have been compensated some way, to correct their mistake. He never apologized or anything in that matter. I never got upset. Just said thanks & have a good night. I've been a loyal customer since this location opened for business. I gave up Canna Cabana for Pop's ☹️
